These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Trade Arena mobile application and this website (together, the "Service"), operated by Tagline Infotech LLP ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What Trade Arena is

Trade Arena is a trading simulator and competitive game. You compete in timed arenas using real market prices, but no real money is ever deposited, used, won, or lost. All balances, positions, profits, and losses within the Service are simulated and have no monetary value.

2. Not financial advice

The Service is provided for education, practice, and entertainment only. Nothing in the Service is, or should be treated as, financial, investment, trading, tax, or legal advice. We are not a broker, dealer, exchange, bank, financial institution, or investment adviser, and we do not offer, arrange, execute, or guarantee any real trade, investment, or financial product.

3. No guaranteed results

Simulated performance has inherent limitations and does not reflect real trading. Results achieved in the Service do not indicate that similar results would be achieved in live markets, and skill scores, trophies, tiers, and leaderboard placements are for in-app engagement only. You are solely responsible for any real-world trading or investment decisions you make, and you should consult a qualified professional first.

4. Eligibility

You must be of the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or have verifiable consent from a parent or guardian, and at least the minimum age required by applicable law, to use the Service.

5. Your account & conduct

• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping any credentials secure.
• You agree not to cheat, exploit bugs, manipulate leaderboards, use bots or automation, or otherwise gain an unfair competitive advantage.
• You agree not to choose offensive, infringing, or misleading usernames, or to harass other players.
• You agree not to reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, with or without notice.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, software, branding, "Trade Arena" and "TradeLabs" names, graphics, and content, is owned by Tagline Infotech LLP or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

7. Third-party data & stores

Market prices and related data may be provided by third parties and are used on an "as is" basis; we do not guarantee their accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. Your download and use of the app is also subject to the terms of the applicable app store (such as Google Play).

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tagline Infotech LLP and its partners, officers, and employees will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service — including any real-world trading or investment decisions you make.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tagline Infotech LLP from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or your breach of these Terms.

11. Changes

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date above.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Surat, Gujarat shall have jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory local law provides otherwise.
